Part One: Introduction of Suzie Marker, Mediation Program Administrator. Current status of the mediation program for the Court of Common Pleas, discussion of forms, procedures, future changes-Interactive discussion and feedback from court mediators for improvement of program.

Part Two: Various scenarios in skit form dealing with many common themes and issues encountered in custody mediation :school issues, grandparent involvement, others living in the household not parties to the custody action, religious issues, criminal issues, drug and alcohol issues and procedural impediments.
