New Public Access Policy (Chester County Recording)

Published by Chester County Bar Association

IMPORTANT: Public Access Policy CLE

Beginning in January 2018, the Public Access Policy will take effect regarding all filings in our PA Courts pursuant to new AOPC regulations.

Read more here:

As the policy reads fairly straightforwardly, it has repercussions and impacts that are wide-ranging. All attorneys, paralegals, support staff and court admins need to be aware of these critical changes. To that end, AOPC has been doing presentations around the state but they cannot possibly visit every county. This CLE will be a pre-recorded session with a facilitator. This new info is CRITICAL and all need to be aware of the changes
