RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
1. Contact Emily Kollhoff at 610.692.1889 or ekollhoff@chescobar.org to confirm availability.
2. In order to reserve a room we must receive the following items before the room can reserved:

a. letter or email requested room reservation including date and time period
b. CLICK HERE FOR OUR ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
c. Number of attendees
d. Payment in full

3. Once payment is received, a letter of confirmation will be sent.
NOTE: Room rental reservation is not confirmed until payment is received


REFUND POLICY:
-Full refund for cancellations received 48 hours in advance.
-Cancellations received within 24 hours will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee.
-“No shows” will not receive a refund.
