REGULAR MEMBER: Any member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania who maintains his or her principal office for the practice of law in Chester County or who holds the office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for the 15th Judicial District of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, upon proof thereof satisfactory to the Board of Directors.
AFFILIATE MEMBER: Any attorney may be an Affiliate Member. An Affiliate Member shall be entitled to attend all Association related activities and to participate fully therein, but shall not be eligible to vote or hold office.
SENIOR MEMBER: Any Regular Member, who has been a member of the Chester County Bar Association for at least forty (40) years or who is at least seventy (70) years of age or who is at least sixty-five (65) years of age and not actively engaged in the practice of law, but who has been a Regular Member for at least twenty-five (25) years. A Senior Member shall be entitled to all the privileges of a Regular Member.
HONORARY MEMBER: Any resident of Chester County or a Regular Member of the Chester County Bar Association who is or becomes a Judge of a court of record, whether federal, state or county, may be an Honorary Member while in judicial office. An Honorary Member shall be entitled to all the privileges of a Regular Member except the right to hold office.
LAW STUDENT MEMBER: Any second or third year law school student enrolled in an ABA accredited law school. A Law Student Member shall be entitled to attend and participate all meetings of the Chester County Bar Association membership and such other activities as permitted by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion, but shall not be eligible to vote or hold office.
