Greg Marshall will discuss the Custody Contempt process and his tips for the presentation of a contempt case before him. He will offer insight into what should and should not be brought before him.
David Melchiorre Esq.
Attorney David Melchiorre will educate participants on how to explain the custody conciliation process to a client, including what important information must be elicited from the client prior to court. He will further review the pleading necessary to initiate and modify a custody action.
Alita Rovito Esq.
Attorney Alita Rovito will detail what to expect during a custody conciliation conference. She will summarize the various tools used by the court to support families in custody.
