Fall Bench Bar 2020
Alan Novak and T.J. Rooney have sat at opposite ends of Harrisburg’s State Street as two of Pennsylvania’s most successful Republican and Democratic Party chairmen. Today, they are still political opposites, but this Pennsylvania Odd Couple respect each other and believe there is a need for cogent analysis without the political food fight. The two former successful rival state party chairs come together to discuss politics with their unique blend of humorous banter on the current political scene.
They are witty, funny, knowledgeable and always civil. TJ and Alan bring their perspectives to the 2020 national and Pennsylvania election landscape. TJ Rooney served as PA Democrat State Committee Chair from 2002 to 2010, during the Gov. Ed Rendell years. Alan Novak served as PA Republican State Committee Chair from 1996 to 2005 during the Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker years. They will discuss Chester County, Harrisburg and National elections.
