Chester County Tipstaff: The Tipstaff position is responsible for maintaining order in the courtroom. This part-time position is responsible for opening the court for the judge, preparing the bench for the judge, stocking courtroom forms, assisting the jurors with their needs/questions, delivering files for the judge, answering questions regarding the judge's daily list, and ensuring that all parties are present in courtroom and informing judge of same. Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP): LASP is implementing a Summer Attorney Fellows program. LASP Summer Attorney Fellows will serve temporary positions through September 30, 2021 working 4 days (a maximum of 28 hours) each week. Fellows will represent clients facing issues regarding public benefits, consumer law and bankruptcy, employment, expungements, housing, family law, protection from domestic violence, and other cases as assigned. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of health law and regulatory experience. Experience counseling health care clients on business and transaction matters and federal and state regulatory issues, including privacy and security, fraud and abuse, licensing and other regulatory issues is preferred.
