Vehicle searches just got tougher for Pennsylvania police. With the Alexander decision, previous roadside search practice that have been in place since 2014, the federal court 'automobile exception' that only required 'probable cause' to believe that the automobile contained 'evidence of a crime,' has been reevaluated. Dan Bush, Esq. and Steve Jarmon, Esq. will go over the decision, the immediate impact, and look at the implications going forward.
