Federal Court Civil Practice Update (including Bankruptcy Court updates) with Chief Judge Hon. Juan R. Sánchez, Judge Hon. Jeffrey L. Schmehl, Judge Hon. Mark A. Kearney, Judges chairing the Court’s Operating Committees, Magistrate Judge, the Hon. Richard A. Lloret, Bankruptcy Court Judge, the Hon Patricia M. Mayer, and Kate Barkman, Clerk of Court. 

 

This Judge-led program will address how civil and criminal cases and bankruptcy proceedings are proceeding in the Eastern District and will offer insights, guidance, tips, and suggestions for using video-conferencing, obtaining provisional relief, preparing for and conducting summary trials, engaging in removal practice, and more.   

 

This is a joint program offered by the Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.  The program is open to all members of these bar associations at no cost, and at a modest cost for those wanting a 1.0 hour substantive CLE credit.  

 

Participants can register with their local bar association who will provide an appropriate Zoom link.
