New Matter is the membership newsletter of the Chester County Bar Association, which is published eleven times per year. New Matter provides pertinent information to the member on Association happenings and local legal news. It is provided free for members of the Chester County Bar Association.

New Matter is now offered in electronic format to members who register on the website. New Matter is also e-mailed monthly to members in PDF format.
