The Chester County Bar Association has several conference rooms available for rental. Our rooms are often rented out for depositions, civil settlement conferences and attorney-client meetings. Our rates are very competitive and we offer office services including wireless internet access, telephone access, DVD players, projectors and laptops for an additional fee. We are located only 2 blocks away from the Justice Center in downtown West Chester, PA. Our rooms offer a neutral location to hold your meeting, conference or event, and are clean and elevator accessible.

* If rental is outside of normal business hours, a staff fee of $30/hr with ½ hr prior and after rental.
* Caterers are responsible for cleanup; otherwise the renting party will be charged an additional fee.

Reservation Procedure
- Call the Bar Association to see if date(s) available
- To reserve the room we must receive the following items before the room can be reserved:
- Letter or email requesting room reservation including date and time period,
- # of attendees,
- Payment in full
- Once payment is received, a letter of confirmation will be sent.
Refund policy

Full refund for cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations received within 24 hours will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
-
“No shows” will not receive a refund.
