Do you or someone you know need an attorney?
Do you earn too much to qualify for Legal Aid?
You may qualify for the Chester County Bar Association’s Access to Justice program.

The Chester County Bar Association is the only bar association in the state with this unique, award winning program. This program fills the gap between Pro Bono and hiring an attorney at full cost.
The Access to Justice program provides free legal services to Chester County residents when their income is too high to qualify for Legal Aid, their case cannot be handled by Legal Aid or their case presents a conflict for Legal Aid.
Individuals must financially qualify for services, but the guidelines are higher than the requirements for Legal Aid. If you qualify, you will be referred to a local attorney who specializes in the area of law in which you are seeking
