Membership Categories
The Bar Association has two membership categories:
- Regular Member - Any member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of PA who maintains his/her principal office for the practice of law in Chester County, Pennsylvania
- Affiliate Member - Any attorney who does not maintain his/her principal office for the practice of law in Chester County.
Regular Membership
The Annual Dues listed below are for 1/1/08 - 12/31/08
Based on year of Admission to the PA Bar:
5 years +: $260.00 ($220.00 dues + $40.00 assessment)
3-5 years: $210.00 ($170.00 dues + $40.00 assessment)
0-2 years: $175.00 ($135.00 dues + $40.00 assessment)
Affiliate Member
The Associate level annual dues listed are for 1/1/08 - 12/31/08:
$260.00 ($220.00 dues + $40.00 assessment)
Chester County Bar Foundation Fellow
Optionally, while sending your dues to the Bar Association you can also join the Chester County Bar Foundation (CCBF). The CCBF is the charitable arm of the CCBA, and is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization.

Membership Application
Our membership application comes in several different formats:

You can download a member application by clicking the above links in the format of your choice. If choosing a PDF (preferred format) you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file. In Acrobat, you will also be able to type in your information before printing out. For MS Word and OpenDocument formats, print out the form and complete by hand. The application should then be mailed along with check to:
