Interested in sponsoring a Chester County Bar Foundation event? Consider these points:

1. The Chester County Bar Foundation is the non-profit, charitable arm of the Chester County Bar Association.
2. The Bar Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) designated charity.
3. The Bar foundation is emphasizing education both to adults and children about our legal system.  The focus is not to encourage more children to become lawyers but to make them aware of the workings of the legal system in our nation including the rights and responsibilities under that system.
4. An annual Chester County Bar Foundation Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior.
5. The Foundation also attempts to educate the community at large about the rights and responsibilities under our legal system.
6. The ultimate goal for the Foundation is the establishment of an endowment that will generate income to fund these services.  The fellowship drive is an attempt to increase the assets of the Foundation.  The funds acquired by this fundraising drive will be used to fund the annual budget which is also augmented by some other fundraising events.  The  money we raise in excess of the annual budget will be set aside to begin to establish an endowment.
