THE CCBA B.U.L.L.* SESSIONS
(*Better Understanding of Lawyers’ Lives)

A mix of loosely-moderated, open discussion and guest speakers for CCBA Members -- covering a wide range of issues that affect the work and personal lives of attorneys, today.

5:00 - 6:00 PM @ the Bar Association Building
There is no charge for CCBA members to attend!*
Beer, wine, soda & light snacks will be served.

*1 Ethics CLE credit may be obtained (cost: $25) - pay online or bring payment to the session!

 TOPIC: TO TWEET OR NOT TO TWEET? – TWITTER, BLOGGING & OTHER GREAT WAYS TO ATTRACT CLIENTS (AND GET SUED OR DISBARRED).

This session will take on such topics as:

·        What are the benefits & pitfalls of blogging, tweeting & answering legal questions online?

·        Which social media work best (and which ones don’t!).

·        Ethical considerations – Rules to follow, things to avoid.

·        Malpractice risks from giving legal advice online.

·        Anything related you’d like to discuss!
