Lawyer Referral Service

The Association maintains a lawyer referral service to assist individuals, businesses, and organizations in locating a Chester County lawyer. Lawyers are available in many different legal areas, including Business law (Bankruptcy, Collection, Trademark, Patent), Civil law (Insurance, Negligence, Worker's Compensation), Criminal law, Estate law (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney), Family law (Adoption, Custody, Divorce, Support), Individual Rights (Civil Rights, Employment, Immigration), and Real Estate (Landlord/Tenant, Leases, Purchases, Property Transfer). Access to Justice

Volunteer attorneys from the Association work with Legal Aid of Chester County to provide legal services to individuals who do not have the means to access the legal system.
